While we try to respond right away, there are times when we are away from our desks or experiencing a busy part of the day here. We will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible and should not be longer than 24 hours in most cases.

There are no returns permitted. All sales are final. Please order at your own risk.

If the return is due to an error on our part, such as a certain product is missing, you must report it either by email at info@highclub.ca, or by using our live chat feature on the bottom right corner of the page.

PAYMENTS, PROCESSING & SHIPPING & MORE

Our coupons and promotions cannot be combined with on-sale items. If a coupon code doesn’t work with your checkout, check to see if the product was already on sale, is a Bundled deal, or is Mix & Match. These products are already discounted and can’t be further reduced. We will not honour coupons that are used in error.

We require that you send the Interac E-Transfer with the same information that is provided on your Order Confirmation screen once placing the order, which is also included in your Order Confirmation email sent to your inbox right after placing your order.

Any differences or errors in the Interac E-Transfer question or password entered can cause order processing delays up to a full business day or more in some cases. *Please note the information above is an example and is not to be used specifically for your own payment.

If we receive your payment received overnight or in the morning time on a business day, in almost all cases, your order will be shipped out the same day. Please note: Due to very high volumes, inventory, or other circumstances out of our control, it could be delayed up to one or two business days (or more), though that is not the normal case.

As per the information provided in the question above, if our orders have been cut-off for the day (which happens at the discretion of our shipping team and can be at any time of the day, usually close to 12PM EST), we do have to wait until we receive notice from our shipping team to process further orders, which, in most cases, means it will be processed the next morning.

If it has been days since you've sent your Interac E-Transfer to us and we have not accepted it, it likely means we did not receive the email for your Interac E-Transfer, which is an odd glitch that can happen from Interac's end.

To solve this, you must log in to your bank account using their mobile app or website, and cancel the pending E-Transfer.

Once cancelled, you can resend your Interac E-Transfer using the same information provided in your Order Confirmation email, and it usually comes through instantly to us in that case.

While our shipping team works to ship all orders on the same day that we receive your payment, delays can occur in processing for any single order due to cases such as high volume, inventory issues, or other circumstances out of our control.

In most cases, it will be shipped the same day, although there will be cases where it can take up to 2 full business days (or more in rare cases) to process your order to be shipped.

*Please note: There will be some cases where the shipping label has been created at which point you will be provided with your ‘Order Completed’ email notification.

If you are only seeing an Electronic Information Submitted update on your tracking page, this means your order was packed after Canada Post has picked up packages at our allotted day, and will most likely be shipped on the next business day when Canada Post arrives to pick up packages again.

Canada Post states that their XpressPost Shipping service usually takes approx. 1-3 business days in Canada, depending on your specific location in Canada. There are rare occasions that it can be a day or so longer, though up to 3 business days is what we see in most cases.

*Please note: This normal timeline does not include the time it takes to process an order, which itself can take up to a few business days, though it is normally quicker.

As we pack orders after hours on Friday and on the weekend to keep up with the volume of orders, please note that you may receive a notification stating that your order is shipped during those hours, however as Canada Post only picks up and delivers package on business days, your order will actually see updates on the tracking number when Canada Post accepts the package most likely on the next upcoming business day.

We can also offer Canada Post Priority shipping, which usually takes 1-2 business days, for an additional $60.

As Canada Post is a separate entity with their own delivery systems and employees, we cannot guarantee their delivery timelines and provide their tracking information as soon as possible to help you track your delivery at any time.

HighClub offers the lowest flat rate in the industry. We offer one flat shipping fee of $13.95 for our standard shipping option, which is Canada Post's XpressPost delivery service.

We currently offer Free XpressPost shipping on all orders with a minimum subtotal of $125, including with any discounts applied to the order.

Please note: Your subtotal must be a minimum of $125, which includes any discounts applied and subtotals do not include the actual shipping charge. If you choose to apply a discount which brings your subtotal below $125, our Free Shipping promo will not be eligible.

*We no longer require a signature for every delivery due to COVID-19 Canada Post does a safe drop or will leave a slip requiring pick up at your nearest location.
If you would like a signature please request it in your notes on your order.

Please note: We do require signatures for every order $420.00+ we will not take responsibility for any package that is not delivered to the customer, either due to it being lost, stolen, an issue with Canada Post, or for any other reason, if a delivery with no signature is requested and provided to you as per your request, hence we require a signature for larger orders.
